Rather than fighter skirmishes, the game centres on careful energy management — balancing shields, weapons, sensors, and manoeuvrability to outplay your opponent. Each faction and ship offers unique abilities, rewarding thoughtful strategy and adaptability.
At the core is the elegant Power Curve system: a ship’s speed determines its available energy, forcing constant trade-offs between offence, defence, and positioning. The result is fast, meaningful decision-making without overwhelming complexity.
Battles take place on a clear, map-based system with distinct movement and firing arcs, while large laminated ship counters display all key information at a glance and can be marked with dry erase pens.
