Within 5 rounds, upgrade your resources and carefully place and un-place your workers to fulfil your ambitions.
Will you prove your allegiance to the Crown, or will you join the rebellion and rule the seas? Be careful to keep your intentions hidden: angering the Crown or the people could compromise your chances.
At the end of the game, only two players will win the game… and two will be defeated.
