City of My Nightmares takes place in 19th century Stockholm, where horrors lurk in the alleyways. This four-part campaign shifts the focus from the dark forests of the countryside to the bustling city and the vaesen lurking in its alleys. It also gives players the chance to experience mysteries that deviate slightly from the established format in terms of time, space, and structure.
It is a full-length campaign in four parts that investigates a series of murders in the city. The hardcover book comes with a separate large map of Stockholm during this era, and the campaign can be adapted to be run in most other Gothic cities of the era.
